Even by today’s hyper inflation economy standards – the wages for civilian employees were quite breath taking . . .
Even with the pay incentives? – It sucked . . . But it comes down to the Benjamin’s – the 90’s equivalent would be the civvies that went to Saudi for a 3 year hitch to work on King Khalid Military City – same suck just switch out sand and heat for snow and cold . . .
