So there it was – quietly and gently weeping on the shelf. Honestly, what was I to do?? A real clean S&W 360-1 – an early one with the upgraded sights – 3 inch barrel with the full under lug – and still has the Uncle Mike’s grips on it ( which is a score in itself )- a deal was struck and it came to a nice loving home . . .

With the scandium frame and titanium cylinder it is a light weight . . .

Compared to the S&W 642 it’s a 1/2oz lighter – the 642 shooting 158grain semi wad cutter gas checked plus p hollow points which are rated at 1150 fps – plus or minus – is bearable for about 25 to 30 rounds of range practice – but that’s about all you want to do in one session – just saying . . .
I have some PPU 158grain semi jacketed hollow points rated at 1607 fps ( PPU loads it like it use to was ) that really smoke out of a Ruger Blackhawk – I wonder how the 360 will do with them – other than thump hell out of my hand . . .
Simply running like a crazy person getting all the bits and pieces together for the antenna project – so I thought I would give you a quick look – it may be a week or three to get to the range with it – but I will take a deep dive into with a post along with pics of it and the range trip . . .
