Would make for one Hell of a road trip just to go eat – but some of this stuff looks pretty good – Enjoy!!
Have Fun! – Run the Gun! – and remember – Fish heads are Cheap!!
Starting off with John Mellencamp’s take on “Let It All Hang Out” . . .
And here it is by the original artists – one of the classic 60’s garage rock bands “The Hombres” . . .
And the full album – “Let it Out” . . .
And while we’re doing 60’s garage rock “stuff” – here’s a little treat for you folks . . .
And one more 60’s garage rock compilation for YOU . . .
And certainly not garage rock but as long we’re thumbing through the 60’s . . .
And here is a cover of “Don’t think Twice” that most folks don’t even know exists – and one of my favorite Jerry Reed songs – and Chet Atkins is great as always . . .
Hopefully SOME normalcy will return to my schedule ( right – sure – you bet ) and I can get back to regular Friday Music posts . . .

Just about everything you didn’t want to know about bending oak – I will say the steam box sure beats a 55 gallon drum of boiling water hands down – Enjoy!

Boomers – NOT my cup of tea – but to each his own . . .

This will help you with working with spool pins – Tension is Important!
Practice – Practice – Practice – And this will help you – you set the pins up so you can know when you are hitting “spool” pins . . .

Smith & Wesson Airweight J Frames are really nice for concealed carry – but the trigger pull and the tiny grips are not the greatest – depending on your hand size – if your average like mine? Every time the gun goes bang – the rear of the trigger guard goes whack against your knuckle on your middle finger – after 50 or 100 rounds of practice you learn very quickly NOT to practice with it or how to use your non- dominant hand for every day tasks – the first picture shows the issue clearly . . .

Bang equals OUCH! And the trigger pull? This particular one registered 13 lbs 4 oz and change on the trigger gauge . . .
Which is right in between WTF! and Hell NO! . . . What to do??

Resolution for the issue came in a package from Brownell’s – Ergo Grips – Wilson Combat Spring Kit – and I thought I would try the actual tool made to change the spring – more on that later . . .
The video from Mrgunsngear shows how simple it is to do the upgrade – if your hesitant or nervous about it – don’t be bashful – find your local friendly gun guy or gal and ask for help! More than likely they would be glad to help or know of someone who will . . .
The Ergo Grips go back on instead of the factory grips – and your ready to go test fire it – just that easy . . .
And it works! Wasn’t aiming to speak of – just pointing at the target and working with the trigger pull – and I had just ran through 50 rounds of 357 Magnum with the Taurus 605 and my hand was killing me . . .

On this particular one it dropped the double action trigger pull to right at 7 lbs 6 oz – and smooth as it’s going to get – came out nice – most of the time you get a trigger pull of about 8 1/2 to 9 lbs – I was pleased with the upgrade to say the least . . .

The spring tool ? – it would not fit over the pin – I will do some Dremel work on it and get it to work – I used my little 1/8 inch screwdriver with a v notch in it . . .
And a bonus “bath time” pick for you folks ( No Greg – no Asian girls in bubble baths! ) – it was the first weekend of the month – so it’s time for the pocket snubs to get a bath . . .

Trying out a bore snake – it’s different but seems to work well – time will tell . . .
Have Fun! – Run the Gun! – and remember – Fish Heads are Cheap!!
You do realize that you NEVER tell a clock a secret – because time will tell . . .
Kick back and Enjoy!
