You can get a “finger clip” oxygen meter – just like what your doctor uses on you for about 40 bucks on amazon – get one – write your oxygen level down every 15 minutes one evening – do it again the next evening with a mask on – and yes there are people so fucked up mentally that they do wear them in their house when they are by themselves – dumb asses even wear them driving in their car – alone – I guess they are worried they will give themselves covid . . .
