I went to the store to grab a couple of jars of sauerkraut – big “official looking” sign – some shit about maintaining 6 ft social distancing blah blah blah – joking with the cashier girl about the sign I said that I didn’t know the store had been sold – the owner was in hearing distance and came over and asked what I was talking about – I asked him – did you sell the store?? – he said no – I asked him about the sign and he said that it had to be there – I handed him a pocket constitution and urged him to find the cdc in it and then read to me the jurisdictional limits that the constitution placed upon the cdc – it took about 10 minutes but by the time I left he was fucking hot – no cdc – no health dept – no usda – 99 plus percent of government – city – parish – county – state – federal – is done for one purpose and one purpose only – and it ain’t for the betterment of the human condition – he asked if he could get a copy of the pocket constitution – I gave him mine – came home and got another one out of the drawer . . . they are free you know – you didn’t know that ?? go here or here and get one for yourself . . .

What ya doing with the kraut – hmmmm??
All Right . . . Take a big crock pot – caraway seed – brown sugar – 2 big jars of kraut – rack of pork ribs – ready??
drain the kraut – 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds in the bottom of the crock pot – 1/2 jar of kraut – 1/4 cup brown sugar crumbled or spread – cut the ribs in two halves – put one piece in crock pot – then caraway seeds – 1/2 jar of kraut – then brown sugar – put the other piece of ribs on top – whole jar of drained kraut – then caraway – and finally brown sugar – 4 to 6 hours on high – or – 8 to 10 hours on low – Enjoy but don’t reach across MY plate – just saying – LOL
