This Coming Week . . .

. . . is going to be a hoot / frenetic / fun and a controlled chaotic time . . .

We have a ton of folks showing up starting today (Friday) – hence the hodge podge pile of scheduled postings – I think I figured that out – I hope . . .

The bulk of folks will be here Christmas eve starting at noon (?) – so mucho food – snacky shit and adult beverages planned . . .

and yes – i set a bottle of vermouth next to it for almost a full minute on the shelf at the store – so that qualifies as drinking a martini – right?

Still sorting out my man cave or manhole – whichever – I need to organize my overflow ammo a little better . . .

The grippy texture of the G10 feels a lot better than the factory grips – I haven’t had a chance to get it to the range yet with the new grips – if it works for me – great – if it doesn’t I’ll go with one of these from Hogue – this or that – I think either will work – different textures but same style I have on my primary and secondary 1911 carry pieces – they work well for me – YAMMV . . .
