Sony ICF2010 PLL Synthesized Receiver. Was this the the best portable shortwave radio?

The Sony ICF2010 was a very good radio when stacked against its contemporaries – Very Good. In the “portable” class it was hard to beat. Finding them nowadays in GOOD shape?
