About 30 years ago now me and one of my partners in crime were sitting on our butts fishing – saw what we thought was a “BUFF” headed WSW – then another – then another – then another – and so on – we sat there and watched the “wing” head to Arizona to get butchered – if they were so obsolete – so old and worthless – why did they have to chop them up into pieces?? Hell’s Bells folks – if the “BUFF” at Pima so much as moves an inch – it requires permission from the state department so the Russians won’t shit themselves when they see the movement on a satellite pass . . .
