Now this is going to stop crime in its tracks – a license to purchase a firearm – which then must be registered – and a separate license to purchase ammo – which then must be registered – and the ammo must be accounted for when you go to purchase more . . .
H.R. 130: To require the safe storage of firearms and ammunition, and to require the investigation of reports of improper storage of firearms or ammunition.
Finally gonna take a bite out of crime with 130 – Thank You Baby Jesus!! – How are the commie fucks going to know YOUR private property is safely stored or in fact you even possess said PRIVATE property?? The Karen’s of the world are going to wet their panties every time they call a tip in to the hotline – and no there won’t be any door kicking going on – your bank accounts will be frozen – your utilities will be shut off – car registration and drivers license suspended – any professional license(s) suspended – job ended – wouldn’t want any domestic terrorist working at your fine company – Would You??
As far as a criminal obeying any “gun control” – criminals don’t obey laws – because they are criminals – it’s what they do . . .
Let’s put this in perspective – Replace guns with Bibles and ammo with religious paraphernalia – But Bruce – the government would NEVER do that!! Here is my simple plan for common sense gun criminal control . . .
commission of a felony while in possession of a fire arm – 10 years in prison
display during commission of a felony – 20 years
cause any injury by firearm without discharge of firearm during commission – think pistol whip – 30 years
discharge firearm without personal injury during commission – 40 years
cause ANY physical injury through discharge during commission – 50 years
cause a death by ANY use of a firearm during commission – Forever – For – Fucking – Ever – the family doesn’t even get the remains back . . .
Folks firearms are inanimate objects – they can do NOTHING on their own . . .
If you really want shit to change – any bill passed and signed into law that is found to be unconstitutional?? Every legislator that touched it ( voted yes ) and any governor or president that signs it into law – I will let YOU use YOUR imagination – me personally I’m good with about anything as long as the remains are burnt into ashes and those ashes are scattered to the four winds so no trace remains . . .
