Now here is a sunfish pattern ( they are also called elephant toes ) from Rough Ryder that won’t ding your wallet and comes with G10 scales so you don’t have to worry about it getting beat up in your pocket . . .

It has the traditional large / small blade combo that is found on most sunfish knives – stainless bolsters – brass rivets – yea I know – somebody got a wee bit carried away seating the rivets – but at about 15 bucks just exactly what were you expecting?

The blue scales really make this a good looker – and it’s got a decent factory edge on it – and yes I am going to sharpen it just a little bit ( you didn’t think I wouldn’t, did you? ) – but it’s pretty close right out of the box . . .

Good size / hand filling – the G10 scales are real nice – good grip without being sticky – and a good looker – of course I make it look better – LOL!

Almost lost this to my Blushing Bride ( she really likes the blue / silver combo ) but she’s like where’s the button?? It’s NOT an automatic?? What NO spring assist either?? So I get to keep it – YAY! . . .
You can go to the Rough Rider Knives site – CLICK HERE – and read about the knives or you can go straight to Smoky Mountain Knife Works Rough Ryder Page(s) HERE and peruse through some 580 plus different patterns / models / finishes – if you can’t find “something” that just says “BUY ME” – I’m not sure there is any hope for you in a capitalistic society – LMAO!
So excuse me while I dress the edge on my new Rough Ryder and give it a new home in my pocket . . .
What’s in your pocket?
