The first ( of several ) Finch Knives I’m getting my paws on – All I can say is . . .

All Y’all are in for a treat . . .

The first thing you see when you open the box? A Band-aid – It is that SHARP!

A couple of stickers and the warranty card . . .

All wrapped in it’s own little baggie . . .

Fit and finish is real nice – and the Finch emblem glows in the dark when exposed to light – really cool stuff . . .

Nice flipping action – rides on ball bearings – bump it off the detent and it’s dead smooth to open . . .

The frame lock is right at half way across the blade and solid as can be . . .

Blade centering is good – fitment between scales and frame nice and tight . . .

The pictures just don’t do justice to the scales – with the light just right on them they look about a 1/2″ deep – really nice stuff . . .

The frame is satin finished stainless steel and the blade is 3.4″ 154CM stainless steel dagger patterned satin finished – now that’s a mouthful . . .

Good looking – of course I make it look better / LOL – and feels good in your hand . . .

Finch knives bump you up into a higher tier of knives – price wise as well as quality wise – this particular knife came from SMKW.COM – CLICK HERE TO GET YOURS! – at $145.00 it is a great deal simply because the quality comes in well above the price point – if you want to get into a higher level of quality and workmanship in your knife buying but just can’t take a deep enough breath to drop $300 or more on a knife you might consider Finch Knife Company.
The only down side about Finch Knives?? If you run across one you want – DON’T HESITATE to order – they sell out quick!
I have had this one on back order since February and as soon as I get the E-Mail I’m grabbing two of them – I have read several reviews on the abalone under resin on these and everybody raves about the scales . . .
