The guys at the range had a box full of used OEM Glock sights – stuck one in the Brownells 19LS and had some fun . . .
The PSA “large” Dagger ( takes 17 rd round mags ) on the upper and lower on the left – Glock 17 on the right upper and lower – not mag dumps – but crank the rounds as fast as the sights came back on target – 7 to 9 seconds for a 17 round mag – the PSA Full size Dagger was a very good feel – the Glock 17 was like old home week <grin>
The SCT frame from Brownells with the Brownells 19LS – Oh Hell Yes!! These were as fast as the pistol would cycle – one sweeeet shooter!
That 19LS looks good on the SCT frame to my eye – And shoots as good as it looks . . .
The Brownells 19LS ran flawlessly – the only thing about it is the same thing that I have with every Glock slide – the firing spring keepers are so fiddly to put together – taking that out of the mix somehow wouldn’t hurt my feelings at all . . .
Next is the Dagger compact frame / carry cut rear sights forward slide / Holosun HE508T-GR / and these were about 1/2 second splits – I am beginning to warm up to the open reflex sight thing . . .
I have to admit I have never seen the range quite so crowded – folks is training hard – almost like they are paranoid about something – Hmmmm . . .
