A double feature for you folks – “Zombies of the Stratosphere” is less – or – more the sequel to this first one – “Radar Men From the Moon” – so you get them both – try not to get to excited while watching these – but YOU do have my permission to throw popcorn at the screen – Enjoy!

Folks – This is one of the last serials “Republic” made and as I said above is kinda a sequel to “Radar Men” AND it just about has it all – Rocket Man / water heater tank robots / plenty of cliff hangers – and Leonard Nimoy‘s first movie appearance – and remember – YOU have my permission to throw popcorn at the screen – Enjoy!

Friday Music – KFOX Radio Presents – From The Hollywood Bowl . . .

Although the station no longer exists – KFOX AM is a Korean language station today – it is still around though operating under the call letters KFRN – Interesting read on WIKI – stations and their call letters shuffle around as well as their frequencies for a number of reasons – but that isn’t for this post – maybe one day we will head down that rabbit hole – but not today . . .

We obviously can’t make it to the show – but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the music!

This was done in tribute to Mother Maybelle and the Carter Family – an incredible performance that just about everyone helped with . . .

And folks – Loretta Lynn went on to be billed as “The First Lady of Country Music” . . .

Folks – I urge you to go back “up” and look at the ticket prices on the playbill – Just Wow!

Elizabeth Montgomery is pretty good in this – probably the best performance of anyone in the movie – get the popcorn out and enjoy a gangster flick . . .

The narrator incorrectly called the movie “Joe Cool” – other than that a decent look at Elizabeth Montgomery – and no, there is no earth shattering “reveal” – the title is pretty much click bait . . .
