Santa works hard all year long – here is a little behind the scenes look at some of his helpers – and it is just about showtime for “Old St. Nick” – have a Merry Christmas!

My former – OMG, it is truly wonderful to say that!! – employer tried that shit – I ignored them . . .
Just sitting here studying – took a break for lunch – and run across the latest from “Ricky and the Boss” . . .
Have a look at what is typical front/rear pocket carry for me – and in fact what I’m carrying for sharpy pointy thingies at the moment . . . ( plus two handguns and 24 rounds of ammo – LMAO! )
Front pocket is the top one – back pocket is the bottom one – If I have to stick someone – I damn sure want them to STAY stuck – just saying . . .
What’s in YOUR pocket?

Awhile back I started comparing the Sig P232 vs other .380’s out there in the wild – a lot of you folks carry .380’s for a variety of reasons – initial cost – the ability to conceal the pistol since most are relatively small – whatever YOUR reasons are – and if YOU are comfortable with the .380’s performance – more power to YOU!
I left off with the Glock 42 – which is good stuff and has the advantage of being in current production. The Sig P232 is my personal favorite .380 – it simply pushes all my buttons for a .380 pistol, or just about any pistol for that matter! But – there are so many pistols out there in the wild which are in a much more effective caliber that I wanted to continue this with pistols in the same – plus or minus footprint as the Sig P232 – but with a bigger bang thing going on . . .
So here is a quick look at what I am carrying at the moment . . .
Sig P250 – 9 + 1 – 230grain .45 hard ball goodness . . .
Let me get the magazine out and the round out of the chamber . . .
Hanging out together . . .
Practically the same size – .380 or .45 acp?
I haven’t forgotten about the “series” – it has just been ridiculous getting to the point of retirement – still have a couple of things going – taking two different classes to keep the brain matter stirred up – and I have basically gotten to a point where I actually have time to play a little bit on the web . . .
I will get a complete “side by side” done by the weekend for you folks – and I am going to try to do one every week or so – not including the “new” micro 9’s – which I just do not care for – they are just too small for me to get a good grip on – what I will show you is a few 9 mm’s that are concealable – shoot good – and easy to hang onto while you are shooting them – there will be some caliber surprises in the mix for you – of course most of you folks realize that . . .

Neat documentary here – From the YouTube description –
“A film documenting the lives and careers of bluegrass legends, Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs. The film begins with their rural beginnings in North Carolina and Tennessee, through their years with Bill Monroe and the Bluegrass Boys and as leaders of their own Bluegrass band, The Foggy Mountain Boys. And later as they headed their own bands, The Nashville Grass and the Earl Scruggs Revue. These immense talents, each in his own way, were part of the driving force that created the genre of Bluegrass Music. We’ve included back stories about their lives and their relationship with Bill Monroe, for better or worse. The legacy they leave behind has enriched the lives of many and inspired countless young artist, who they nurtured, to rise to the height of success in the music industry.”
Tell me YOU were NOT expecting this – just saying . . .
And for those of you who just need their TV theme song fix – Here You Go!

There are quite a few folks out there that simply grab videos – chop them up – string them together and lay audio over them – and you have another 10 best or 5 worst or whatever gun video collecting hits on a you tube channel – phony stuff – I mean they are not fooling me – they are not fooling Dan – are they fooling you??
Some of the computer generated narration is not bad – but if you listen closely you can here the verbal gaffes – and 20 different you tuber gun people all edited into the same video should be enough of a clue . . .
