Ran across this video running through YouTube – thought that it looked good AND simple . . .
And I’m happy to say the recipe is GOOD and it is SIMPLE . . .
Here is the list of ingredients right from the video –
Ingredients:
450 g lean ground beef 93/7
1 shallot
a handful of parsley
1 egg
Season with salt and black pepper – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
6 traditional flour tortillas
4 tbsp Olive oil or any
Didn’t change much at all except the oil . .
For oil I mix olive oil and Chili Oil half and half – use it for just about everything . . .
You can use any you want – the Wei-chuan brand happens to be my favorite . . .
Again a favorite Mi Mama’s Tortillas – these are the large ones . . .
They sure fry up pretty . . .
And of course our favorite Pre – Mixed Rice – Just follow the directions on the package – I told you this was simple – simple = lazy on a Saturday night!
Eats pretty damn good I might add!
The only 2 tips I can give you – spread the hamburger mix out good and thin – don’t get the fire too high – you are cooking the hamburger through the tortilla – And for goodness sake – use 93/7 hamburger or you will drown everything in the grease . . .

Kick back and Enjoy! – the concession stand is fully stocked and fresh popcorn is ready and please – don’t forget to put the speaker back on the post when you leave . . .

The Air National Guard provides a considerable portion of the Air Force’s refueling capability – not sure where this was filmed – may have been England or somewhere in Europe – don’t believe it was in the US because of the vehicles used – but it may have been in Tennessee . . .
On the SAC bases where bomber and refueling wings were stationed together ( which was the case more often than not ) the tanker pukes were pretty laid back – remember the bombers went first and if in fact “it” was real – most likely someone would open a can of sunshine on them before they ever got off the ground – sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and accept reality . . .
Enjoy!!
