Amazing that something that large could actually fly – you get enough wing area and move it fast enough – sure. Actually saw the B-36 land at SAC when the Air Force put it in the museum at the base – during “open house/air show days” you used to be able to climb up in the airplanes – the Air Force always had a couple of folks cranking on the handles for the dolly that ran down the middle of the plane – one neat ride for us kids . . .

30 plus years ago – watching the abc “Live from New York” evening news with peter jennings – there was a story that was a total fabrication – called a friend that lived about 800 miles away – and THIS is the money shot – pay attention – in the same time zone – and when he answered the phone I launched – ( I knew he watched the same “news” show as myself ) He asked me what I was watching because that was not what he was watching – we were both watching the abc “Live from New York” lying liars lying show – we were watching two different “news” broadcasts – both “live” – in the same time zone – we each bought a second vcr – he and I recorded the “news” at the same time on both vcr’s – every week we would mail each other one of the tapes – then watch them side by side – Anybody that believes anything that is on that tv when a “news anchor” says “it is so” – you are out of your fucking mind – and that’s being gentle about your condition . . .
