Number 1 – only you can decide which knife is right for YOU! I carry a variety of knives as the mood strikes me – usually my little Spyderco to use on boxes – tape – general knife uses – and a second one that is larger – you never know when you might need to break down a carcass – Be Prepared! -LOL!

BUFF ( B-52 ) Crosswind Capability

SAC base runways – like most others – were aligned so take offs and landings could be done into the average or normal prevailing winds. The big difference with SAC was the simple fact that regardless how much cross wind is occurring at a given moment – the aircraft ARE launching – the BUFF had a small for the size of the aircraft rudder – it was to utilize a live vertical stabilizer but the technology and the the ability to implement in something that big didn’t really exist at the time – which gives relatively poor cross wind performance. Boeing came up with the idea of changing the angle of the landing gear as a work around – crosswind 15 degrees to the right? just crank 15 degrees off set into the main gear and away you go.

I have read several articles lately that claim up to 35% of the people in this country are wanting a nuclear exchange with Russia – or to put that another way – up to 35% of the people in this country need to be HEAVILY medicated and locked up for their own safety!

For the sake of argument – a nuclear device is detonated over a U.S. city – Would YOU know if that was a Russian weapon? Or an American weapon? Just asking . . . And just exactly whom would you rely upon to disseminate the facts to YOU?
